Shipping and Delivery

- We invoice 7 TL shipping fee for all our Cargo Shipments.

- Shipping is free for orders of 100 TL and above.

- After your product has been shipped, you will be notified of the UPS Cargo tracking number of your shipment via e-mail.

- Shipments are made by the contracted shipping company UPS Cargo.

- There is no charge for our submissions and the submissions will be made free of charge.

- Your products are checked before they are shipped before they are packaged. Your products are delivered to the cargo company in 1 to 5 business days, depending on the order density and product status. After it is delivered to the cargo company, your tracking number is sent to your e-mail address.

- The delivery time of the products delivered to the cargo varies according to the distance of your city or district to the shipping location.

- The tracking number of the products you have ordered from Lig.com.tr will be sent to your e-mail. You can query the shipment code you received using the UPS Shipping website.

10 TL received for cash payments at the door is a service fee. It is not a shipping fee.
